The Chapter's accomplishments increase with each passing year. Included in our honors are winning the Chapter Excellence Award. This award is a national award given to a chapter for outstanding achievement and service to its members and the promotion of the Patient Account Management profession in the healthcare industry. This award is designed to recognize and reward local AAHAM chapters for excellence in pursuing the goals of the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management. For the purpose of this award program, excellence is defined as outstanding, innovative, and balanced performance in programs and activities in support of National AAHAM’s mission, education programs, professional development, and membership development.
